A well-established and complex family services organization with multiple campuses needed to rejuvenate its brochureware site.
We established a series of meetings to help define the architecture of the site and then chalk out a project that was practical in both scope and for staff adoption.
Due to the complex nature of the organization and the broad span of staff maintaining content, we developed a multi-tiered site administration area. This system enables the master-administrator on staff to determine who needs access to which part of the site content.
An efficient administration system enables staff to easily maintain their primary touchpoints with the community: their event calendar, newsletter postings and employment opportunities.
